MATERIALS
For the base:
350 grams of whole wheat biscuits
210 grams of butter
Half a glass of crushed walnuts
For the 1st floor:
Half kg of strained yogurt
2 eggs
Half a glass of powdered sugar
1 packet of vanilla
Half a glass of grapes
For the 2nd floor:
3 packs (80 grams) of dark chocolate
4 tablespoons margarine
Half a glass of cream
4 eggs
Over:
Grapes, powdered sugar
Blend the whole wheat biscuits. Mix it with walnuts and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a 26 cm mold. Leave it in the fridge for 40 minutes. For the first layer, mix all the ingredients except grapes and spread on the biscuit in the mold. Place the grapes randomly.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes. Take the mold out of the oven and let it cool. For the second layer, melt the dark chocolate with margarine in a double boiler and remove from the stove. Add the whipped cream and mix. Separate the yolks and whites of the eggs. Mix the whites until they become foamy.
Add the yellows to the chocolate mix. Add the whipped egg whites with a wooden spoon and mix. Spread the mixture on the cake that has cooled
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven until the chocolate hardens. After cooling, decorate with grape seeds, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve by slicing.
