MATERIALS
1 pack of lemon cake flour
2 eggs
Half a glass of milk
Half a glass of orange juice
2 bananas
1 orange
1 pack of cake cream
1 glass of water Milk
Half a cup of coconut
2-3 candies
Whisk the instant cake flour with the egg and half a glass of milk. Grease the 24 cm diameter mold and spread the mixture. Bake in 200 degree oven. Remove the cake from the oven and take it out of the mold while it's hot
When it cools, cut it in half lengthwise. Wet both sides of the cake with orange juice. Whisk the cake cream with 1 glass of milk. Put the bottom of the cake on a large serving plate.
1 Spread half the cream over the cake. 2 Slice one of the bananas on the cream and line them. Sprinkle with coconut. Place the other cake on it and apply the remaining cream. Leave the cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Decorate the cake with 3 orange and banana slices. Slice the candies thinly and add them to the cake. Let it rest for 1-2 hours and serve.
