MATERIALS
For the base: 1 packet of pötibör biscuits
2 tablespoons room temperature margarine

600 grams of labneh cheese

2 eggs
1 coffee cup flour
For the BASE, blend the biscuit and grind it into powder. Add margarine and knead. Then press it into the 24 cm greased springform cake mold with your hand. Let it rest in the fridge until you prepare the stuffing.
For the filling, mix the yoghurt, labne cheese, cream and powdered sugar in a deep bowl with the help of a whisk until they get a smooth consistency, without airing. Add 1 egg and continue to mix. Add flour and mix. Finally, add the remaining 1 egg and mix again. Pour this mixture slowly over the base inside the mold.
Bake in a preheated oven at 140 degrees for 63 minutes without opening the oven door. At the end of the time, let the oven cool down with the lid closed. Then let it rest in the fridge for 5 hours.
