3/4 cup sugar
3.5-4 glasses of flour

3 box cream

Melt the butter in a bain marie, add honey and sugar. Add the eggs and beat in a bain marie for 3-5 minutes.
Finally, add flour and baking powder and knead the dough. First add the flour as 3 glasses of water, add more if necessary. The dough should be soft, very slightly sticking to the hand. Refrigerate the dough wrapped in stretch for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Thinly roll out each piece (6-7 meringue depending on size) and cut with a mold or pot lid to the same size. Separate leftover dough pieces if you wish to decorate the cake. Make holes in the dough with a fork so that the dough does not swell.
Bake the dough for 15 minutes in 2 strips in the oven at 180 degrees. It should be gold in color. For cream: Whisk the cream until it becomes firm foam. Add the powdered sugar.
