MATERIALS
100 grams of margarine
Half a glass of powdered sugar
1 pinch of salt,
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of grated lemon peel
One and a half cups of flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
750 grams of apricots
1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
1 cup of crushed hazelnuts
Whisk margarine, granulated sugar and salt at room temperature with a mixer until the sugar dissolves. Feed the eggs into the mixture one by one. Add the lemon peel, flour and baking powder and mix.
Spread the dough in the greased baking dish. Remove the seeds from the apricots and slice them.
Cover the dough with apricot slices. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and crushed hazelnuts. Bake in a preheated 175 degree oven for 1 hour. After cooling, slice and serve.
