Lisa and Rusty Hanafin woke up to let Harry Winston and Louis Vuitton outside. The two dogs stare at the wall of snow confused before pushing into the barrier. Dogs had to be enticed back inside with some hotdogs they enjoyed it so much. This is the adorable moment two golden retriever puppies encountered snow for the very first time - diving head-first into a seemingly impenetrable 40.5-inch white wall. After a heavy snow storm left Lisa and Rusty Hanafin's backyard covered by 3 feet of snow, the couple's two puppies had the time of their life when experienced the cold stuff for the first time. The 8-month-old Harry Winston and Louis Vuitton were getting ready for their morning routine, but they soon realized their playground looks completely different.
The Hanafins had no idea how their dogs would react when seeing snow for the first time, so they decided to capture the moment on camera. As 60-year-old Rusty is preparing to leave them out, the two puppies are eagerly waiting in front of the door. Once their dad opens it, they just jump in the ocean of snow and their moment will melt your heart.
"It was wonderful to watch them play in the snow," 54-year-old Lisa told MailOnline. "When they went out and it was falling they were looking up trying to catch it in their mouths – it was amazing." Harry and Louis couldn't get enough of the snow and they wanted to stay outside and enjoy the huge soft pillow forever. It took a "bag of hotdogs to get them to come in," their mom admits. Rusty, who watched amused as his pups are overjoying the moment, said: "It was almost like snowy quicksand and as soon as they realised that the snow wasn't going to hurt them, it was the greatest thing they'd ever experienced. They had a great time out there."
