Ingredients for Mousse Cream Cake Recipe

 

1 cake base with cocoa

1/2 cup chocolate with drops

2 soup spoons of cocoa

 

For the mousse cream:

 

300 grams of dark chocolate

100 grams of milk chocolate

75 grams of butter

400 ml liquid cream

3 eggs

2 tablespoons powdered sugar

 

To decorate:

 

1 cup powdered whipped cream

1/2 cup milk

1 of our (lemon juice is applied so that it does not darken)
