MATERIALS
250 grams of margarine (1 package)
1 egg
3 tablespoons of powdered sugar
1 packet of vanilla
1 packet of baking powder
As much flour as you get
For the custard:
1 glass of water
Half a glass of lemon juice
Half a glass of milk
1 egg yolk
Grated zest of 1 lemon
1 tablespoon of margarine
For the above:
3 egg whites
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
Half a teaspoon of salt
Knead the margarine, eggs, powdered sugar, vanilla, baking powder. Add flour as it takes and get a dough like an earlobe. Press the dough into the tart mold and spread it. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes and leave to cool.
For the custard, mix water, lemon juice, milk, egg yolk and lemon peel and cook. Remove from the stove, add the margarine and mix again. Spread the custard on the cold dough
In a separate place, whisk the egg whites with the salt with a mixer until it becomes snow. Add the powdered sugar and continue whisking. Shape and spread on cold pudding. Bake in a preheated oven at 130 degrees for 20 minutes until the top is browned.
