After whisking the eggs and sugar well, we add the starch and butter and continue whisking. We mix our cake mortar thoroughly by sifting the other dry ingredients. We cover the circular clamp mold with greaseproof paper and pour our cake. We bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes. For cream, except butter and chocolate, we take the other ingredients in the pot and cook on the stove by constantly stirring.
After it boils, we take it from the stove and add butter and chocolates and mix it well, so that they melt. We leave our cream to cool in the fridge. After our cake cools down, we cut it in half. We wet both layers with milk and apply the cream.
Then we decorate it with our imagination as we wish. (I used black grapes, sweets, cream biscuits, chopped chocolate, rolled wafers and mint leaves.) We cool our cake well in the fridge. Ready to serve after cooling. Enjoy!
