It wasn't long ago the world got a whole lot cuter... when a gorgeous Belgian draft horse gave birth to her twin foals, Lisa and Fien. In the amazing video below, watch this proud mama and her babies just four days after they were born. They play happily in their pasture while displaying their wonderful temperament and growing family bond.
Lisa and Fien are two very adorable and very rare foals! The two baby Belgian draft horses are twins and in this video, they're only 4 days old. For those of you who do not know, Belgian draft horses are one of the strongest of the heavy breeds and can stand anywhere between 16 and 17 hands (66 and 68 inches) tall and can grow to a weight of 2,000 pounds (900 kilograms).
They are still used as working animals but have also become popular as show horses, and pleasure riding horses. Belgian horses are able to pull tremendous weights. At the National Western Stock Show in Denver, Colorado, a team of two horses in the Heavyweight class pulled 17,000 pounds a distance of 7 ft 2 in (7,700 kg a distance of 2.18 m).
But for now, Lisa and Fien are still small and as cute as they can get. Their gorgeous mother is doting on her babies as they nurse and happily romp in their pasture. It's a scene of pure natural beauty! Share this beautiful family of horses with your friends.
