Have you ever wondered how other creatures with whom we share the world see the world?
The world is very colorful for us humans. However, the lovely creatures with whom we share the world do not see around like us. Humans are sensitive to only three colors; red, blue and green. However, this allows us to see the millions of colors derived from them. While animals have eyes that come with all kinds of "vision", some can only see colors we can imagine. On the other hand, their views are also different from each other. We have listed adorable photos showing how our cute creatures see the world with their own eyes.
1. Birds While there are 4 types of cone cells in birds' eyes, this is only 3 in humans. For this reason, birds see much more colors than we do. They can also see it as ultraviolet. Therefore, for example, when looking at a black bird, another bird can see it in color. However, no bird's views are alike. It is believed that only a few birds, for example canaries, can see the color blue.
2. Cats Unfortunately, these furry friends with whom we share our homes do not see us the way we see them. The structure of cats' eyes allows them to see in poor light. Overall, the world looks a lot more blurry for cats than humans. However, cats have a wider visual field than humans. So they see more than we do at once. We can see 180 degrees around us, but cats see 200 degrees in their environment. On the other hand, some cats are known to be color blind. This is pretty much the same as color blindness in humans. Cats are also thought to be largely myopic, meaning they can't see distant objects very well.
3. Dogs Our sweet or loyal friends, on the other hand, have a rather poor opinion. Because dogs' eyes are not sensitive to many colors. Dogs with a pale view of the world have a very good night vision. In addition, the eyes of our lovely friends are very sensitive to movement and their perspective perception is highly developed.
4. Horses Horses' eyes find on either side of their heads. In this way, they better perceive the dangers that may come from both sides. However, this is also a disadvantage. Because horses cannot see anything in front of their noses. On the other hand, these animals of these creatures do not see what is right in front of their noses. On the other hand, they see nature less colorful than humans.
5. Cows Cows also have a different color perception than humans. They see green and other cool colors warmer. Besides that, cows see things slightly larger than they actually are. However, they have very sharp eyes.
