We would all like to be jet setters. There is not a single person in the world who wouldn’t want to travel, go around the world and meet other countries and cultures. But not many people get that chance. Those who are lucky enough to afford such luxuries for themselves do live life to the fullest.
Those are the people we admire and would like to trade places with them. Well actually, it's not just people that we are envious of. Step aside world travellers, a new jet setter has come to town. Gandalf is a Siberian cat, adopted from a shelter in Seoul, South Korea, which was about to close forever. He was only five weeks old and had a serious infection when his owners adopted him. They just couldn't resist that look.
Because they are both huge "Lord of the Rings" fans, and because his nature and appearance (hair colour) so irresistibly reminded them of the famous wizard, they didn't wait too long before naming him Gandalf.
There is one more thing that connects him to the movie hero, and that's his great desire for travel. Even though he is an indoor cat, he loves to travel and he has a few adventures under his belt. Having left Seoul, his owners took him across the greater part of the United States, including California, Texas, as well as many other popular sites.
Of course, they do not plan on stopping there… After this trip, their next stop is New Zealand. We must admit that's impressive, especially for a jet setter. Many people might find them odd, but as they say, Gandalf has grown accustomed to the leash and doesn't mind it at all. What is more, he can barely wait to follow his owners to yet another adventure. If we haven't said it already, we'll say it again… Lucky Gandalf.
