MATERIALS

 

For the base: 2 eggs

 

1/4 cup granulated sugar

 

Half a glass of flour

 

For the filling: 150 grams of dark chocolate

 

350 grams of full-fat soft cheese

 

350 grams of curd cheese

 

1 glass of powdered sugar

 

4 eggs, 50 grams of cocoa

 

For the Jaffa layer:

 

1 tablespoon of strawberry marmalade

 

275 ml of boiling water

 

150 grams of strawberry jelly

 

For the chocolate layer:

 

200 grams of dark chocolate

 

20 grams of butter

 

1 can (200 ml) cream

 

2 tablespoons of powdered sugar

 

To decorate: Kiwi, banana, orange, black

 

grapes, pomegranates, frozen cherries, raspberries
