1 pack of vanillin

2.5 tablespoons starch

 

For Pumpkin Puree:

 

1 kg of pumpkin (chopped)

1/2 cup powdered sugar

3 tablespoons of starch

1 cup of water

1 teaspoon of cinnamon

 

For the Top:

1 cup of crushed walnuts
