Homeless Man Is Admitted To Hospital, His 4 Stray Dog Friends Patiently Wait Outside For Him To Come Back

But every once in a while, they witness some touching scene they will never be able to forget. This was definitely the case for healthcare worker Cris Mamprim and her colleagues at Hospital Regional Alto Vale in Brazil, when at 3 a.m. on Sunday they saw César, a homeless man, entering the hospital to get treated for a preexisting condition.

While they were asking César about his clinical history, they realized the man didn’t come alone, as there were his 4 stray dog friends patiently waiting for him outside the hospital’s door.

Talking with César, Mamprim learned that he was the only person taking care of the dogs, often giving up his food to properly feed them. “They are all well taken care of and chubby, seeing them like that, waiting at the door, only shows how much they are cared for and loved” Mamprim told
