Have you also fallen in love with hairpin lace crochet and want to learn how to do it?
When I first saw hairpin lace crochet projects, I thought I’d never been able to make it. They looked so very complicated! But there was no way I was not going to give it a go. So, I went to my local yarn store and asked for a hairpin loom.
To be honest, I even did not know the right name for it. I was just rambling very confusingly about two sticks for crocheting around.
Luckily, the lady at the shop understood what I wanted. She even tried to teach me the Dutch word for it and ended up laughed at my poor attempt.
Victory, I had a loom! I ran home, opened up YouTube, and got completely confused. There are so many ways crocheters like to start a hairpin project that it gets daunting for a beginner. Nevertheless, I did not give up and actually managed to learn!
So, today, I would like to share with you what I found is the easiest way to crochet a hairpin lace strip, at least for me.
