We can see a white-orange cat in her desperately attempts to revive her lifeless companion in the short video. The grieving cat felt it unacceptable to loose her best friend. Therefore she's trying to take her body to a nearby shelter to get some help. However, she's struggling to do that.

Visible exhausted, the white-orange cat manages somehow to pull her companion under a car, after a few stops. "Its friend's dead, look at the cat," the onlookers are heard saying. Then, the video stops with the cat hiding her dead friend under the car. Maybe she realized there's nothing she ca do to bring her back to life, so she wants a quietly place to grieve her best companion in silence.
