Another quick completed project this summer - Blouse Amma from grandma's squares. I also dyed my hair.
The Amma Granny Square Top is free in Ravelry. For those who don't speak English - it's not a big philosophy, two big grandma's squares are sewn together and a border is made on the sleeves, neck and bottom.
The first time I tried this pattern, I started with a very thin yarn and a 2mm hook. Now I don't know where I deleted this project, but I still have a memory of it and that one day I will do it. I wove a hair tiara for my mother from Alize Bahar Batik. I had almost a whole branch left and decided to start Amma.
The model has no dimensions, so I measured myself and decided to make it looser, 60 cm square. With a 5mm hook I made 25 rows and I think they were a little under 60 cm, for example 58. After Alize Bahar Batik finished, I went to order more, but, of course, it was no longer in this color
For 2 rows I decided not to buy a new branch, I found an Alize Bella in white and finished with it. It is much thinner than Bahar, so in the end the front square is a little smaller than the back, but nothing, and it's cool
Excuse me for the inadequate posing in the garden of the block in front of all the neighbors
In the end, I really liked this version of the blouse with sewing 2 squares and I'm considering making one or the other, maybe not exactly with grandma's squares (and such big holes, haha).
