Blaze Is A Pure Black Labrador Retriever, But He's A Little Different From The Others

Blaze was born with a black coat and it had stayed that way for most of his life. But about a year ago, he started developing white patches all over his body.

Turns out, the doggo has vitiligo. His owner Santeri, however, said it doesn't stop Blaze from enjoying his everyday life. He's still healthy, full of energy, and wants to go places.

Recently, Santeri shared a photo of Blaze sitting next to the dinner table in a popular Facebook group called Dogspotting Society, and it instantly went viral. The image has generated over 32K reactions, and people can't stop admiring Blaze's mesmerizing appearance. "The white color began spreading from a small spot on his ear," Blaze's human Santeri told Bored Panda. "Interestingly, all of his brothers and sisters still remain single-colored". Santeri said that for his beloved dog, the white patches are just cosmetic.

"Blaze is a healthy and very energetic guy. He's always ready to join you wherever you go. He even loves to travel inside a car". Blaze has lived with the same family since he was a puppy. "He is 10 years old now, and has received a few nicknames because of his age, like 'The Old Man' and 'The Funny Old Man'". "He likes to make people happy and put a smile on their faces".

Even though Blaze is everyone's friend, he likes to explore deserted places as well. "Blaze loves to walk in the woods and swim in the lake". "In winter, he likes to play in the snow. He is always ready to go for a walk outside". That being said, his favorite thing is to sit next to the dining table and wait for snacks. "You cannot resist those brown eyes," Santeri admitted.
