Toogood manages the store, but it’s her 12 rats who create the beautiful paintings that she sells through the store. The idea to start producing rat art came to Toogood after one of her beloved rats died, and she created a small piece of art to remember him by, by taking a few pawprints from him.

Now, she and her furry little boys have fun creating art together, and the rats’ pawprint-art has been featured on tiny canvases, keychains, scrunchies and other objects. And the business, which opened in April of last year, has been nothing short of a success; all pieces are currently sold out.
